from Invernente, where owners, Lorraine and Derek Brown, will ensure you a warm friendly welcome. Their aim is to provide you an outstanding personal service at this home from home, where you can relax and wind down after a busy day – or night.

We are a family run bed and breakfast located in the centre of Callander in the Trossachs, Perthshire, Scotland, commonly known as the gateway to the Highlands.

Invernente is a Victorian stone villa built in 1840 as a family home, which retains its traditional character whilst offering comfortable, elegant surroundings.
Invernente has been newly refurbished in 2012 to provide high quality accommodation at affordable prices.

Our Rooms

All 5 rooms are comfortably and attractively furnished with some rooms having an added touch of luxury. Three of our rooms have ensuite; One with both a bath and shower. Our two other rooms share a large family bathroom but have the added advantage of having large vanity sink
They are all equipped with Freeview television and DVD, Wi-Fi access, hospitality tray and hairdryer.
Our lovely family home is perfectly situated for many outdoor pursuits or for those looking for a comfortable break


Invernente welcomes cyclists and walkers and provides secure bicycle storage, clothes drying facilities and flexible eating arrangements to accommodate unpredictable journeys.
We are situated in the centre of town just off the main street in a quiet side street but with many restaurants, bars and shops only a minute away. A short walk will take you to the bridge over the River Teith.

Superior Double with ensuite; £70 room per night.
Double with shared bathroom; £60 per room per night
Twin room with shared bathroom; £50 per room per night
Single and third person supplement £20
Children under age 12 sharing with 2 adults free

How to find us:

We are located at the East end of Callander. If arriving from Stirling direction, first left off the main street past the co-op store then find us in South Church Street on the right opposite Callander Kirk.
