Tickets cannot be reserved without payment.
Once booked, tickets can’t be refunded. Refunds will only be made if Summerfest cancels the event.
Once booked you will receive a booking code. Please bring this with you to the event to gain entry.
Tickets may be exchanged (up to 24 hours before the start of the original event) for another event in the Summerfest programme. If the new ticket is a higher price, the additional cost will be charged. If the new ticket is a lower price a refund will not be given. A charge of £1 per ticket exchanged will be made. You must contact our telephone number or email to organise the exchange.
Please request any concessions at the time of purchase. Concessions cannot be applied after purchase. Proof of concession status will be requested when purchasing tickets.
Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the event organiser and you may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance.
All seats are unreserved.
The published programme may be subject to change.
Summerfest is a collection of events and activities, organised by many different community groups and businesses, coordinated by Callander Community Development Trust, a membership organisation whose aims are to make Callander a better place in which to live and work, and to raise the town’s profile for its residents, the wider community and those who visit. If making a complaint, please make sure to include:
• Your online booking code
• Your full name, email address and address used at the time of booking
• The name of the event, date and venue
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible but please allow 28 days for your issue to be resolved. If we need to investigate anything with an event organiser, it may take us a little longer to respond.
The only data we collect is that provided during the booking process, and it is only used to manage your booking, payment, and to inform you about the event.
We do not hold your payment details. All payments are managed by a trusted third party.
