Outstanding Citizenship
to be awarded to anyone who has made a sustained, long-term contribution to the community life of the town. There is no specific timetable for such an award: nominations could be received at any time. They will be considered in confidence at a meeting of CCC within 3 months of receipt.

Nominations can be made to the Secretary of CCC. There should be two people making the nomination. Nominations will supply the following information for CCC to consider:

1. Nominee: name of person being nominated

2. Nominator: name of first person making the nomination

3. Nominator: name of second person making the nomination
+Contact details for nominator

4. Statement in support of nomination
Please provide a statement indicating the contribution that the nominee has made to the community life of the town. This should normally cover a lengthy period of time and be of benefit to many parts of the community.
