Arden House is a large Victorian property situated in one of the finest positions in Callander. The house stands peacefully in attractive gardens overlooking the village, with panoramic views of nearby Ben Ledi and the surrounding countryside and hills of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park.

Callander is known worldwide as 'Tannochbrae,' made famous by the BBC TV series 'Dr Finlay's Casebook.' Arden House was the television home of Drs. Finlay and Cameron and their housekeeper, Janet!

The house, which offers B&B and self catering exclusively for adults, has private parking and is only a few minutes walk from the village centre with its many shops, pubs and restaurants. Callander is centrally located, ideal for sightseeing - Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasow, St Andrews, the East and West coasts are all within easy reach.

The Studio is cosy and well equipped and is nestled to the rear of Arden House with views over the lower Bracklinn Woods to the north and over our putting green and Ancaster Park to the east. Enjoy the many walks from your doorstep to the Bracklinn Falls, the Callander Crags, Lower Woodland walk or stroll down to the village with its shops, restaurants and bars. Alternatively, relax and enjoy watching the roe deer, red squirrels and pheasants which frequently visit.
