24-28 July, 11am–1pm, St Kessog's

A series of workshops for young people and adults who can play an instrument with reasonable competence (eg to intermediate standard) and want to have a go at playing with others. Four workshops followed by a short performance for friends and family on Friday. Come to one session, or come to them all. The tutors are three young musicians from Callander and Balquhidder with a wide range of performance experience.

Katie Allen has been involved in many bands and projects including several ceilidh trails. She is currently studying traditional music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Connor Ramsay-Clapham is a fantastic piper and whistle player. He was involved in the McLaren High School pipe band and plays with Fergus in a trio that have performed at various stages including the Killin Music Festival and the Danny Kyle open stage at this year's Celtic Connections Festival.
